Please note that the Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) which has been released by Microsoft recently which is not fully compatible with the AR-7084 router series. It causes the router to reboot. Edimax has identified the problem and released a new firmware in order to solve this problem.

How can I upgrade the firmware of my router when it keeps rebooting?
If you have this problem you can upgrade the firmware with one of the following ways.
Configure a static IP on your computer
Use a computer without SP3 (please disconnect the computer with SP3)
